Seether is a post-grunge band from South Africa.The original name of Seether was "Saron Gas". They picked this name when they were only known in South Africa after reading it on a Sound Effects cd. They changed the name before moving to the USA and joining Wind-up records due to the nature of the name.Seether plays a style of heavy metal mostly associated with the post-grunge era of alternative music, complete with self-obsessed lyrics and a sound that mixes crunchy distortion with brooding texture.
seether无疑是一只很有头脑的摇滚巨团，虽只有四个人，但是音乐相当丰富华丽。N的进行曲手上有seether的《Fragile》、《karma&effect》、《Disclaimer》、《Disclaimer.II》、《One.Cold.Night》（现场清唱专辑）、《Finding Beauty In Negative Spaces》以及再版专辑，共7张。爱不释手的同时肯定要给大家做以推荐。
这张专辑虽然看到的有点迟，但是我在几乎在2月份就有了所有的歌曲，包括当时就给大家介绍的seether为赶情人节市场而重新演绎wham乐队的无心快语（careless whisper），postgrunge风格十足的seether演绎的十分淋漓尽致。
没有听过原唱的人觉得这又是一首流行摇滚新歌，但是早在小学就听wham的我听起来觉得要命的激动。
seether音乐从风格上堪比大家熟悉的nickelback更加野性，比daughtry更加华丽，比theory of a deadman更加丰富。
虽然原版是2007.10.09日发布的，但是沉淀多年的好摇滚是绝对经得住时间考验的，大家不妨试一试，嘻嘻支持他们吧！
